^^ the short/dark haired girl might not be a model people are familiar with seeing a lot -- i know a few people who saw that catalog and mentioned they'd gone to school with her here in nyc -- cass bird did those shoots and she shoots with a lot of people other than "agency models" a lot, and urban also uses employees as models sometimes so it's definitely possible she's not an "agency model" that we'd recognize. sorry i don't know a name!
