I'm big fan of Chanel, especially the dresses.
Here's one from the early 1930's.
It's so beautiful and so Chanel, I love it.

This one from Karl IMHO is one of his best pieces for Chanel.
(Minus the denim of course :D)
Piece of art.

That Karl for Chanel is gorgeous, and I don't even mind the denim. I think it was a beautiful runway presentation, with those precious musem-worthy dresses over faded denim one-piece pant/boots. It was almost appeared to be a modern take on Gianni Versace.

these are my favorite dresses from Chanel HC FW 06

I love the combination of the mod, 60's shapes and the medieval looking embroidery and embellishments!

I adore the last one, kiddokiddo!

This is what I would want my wedding dress to look like (Nina Ricci S/S 08):

Like I already said, I really don't like denim on runway, but in this case it was perfect background to stress out couture pieces.
Unfortunately, I cannot say anything nice for SS08 denim.

I also simply adore this one.

Ricardo Tisci has made some breathtaking dresses for Givenchy... I love his aesthetic, it reminds me of a more experimental Tom Ford. I think he would have been an excellent choice for Gucci, if he tailored his vision to the image of the house.

The next couple aren't technically dresses, but they were too beautiful to leave out!

^^I agree. Riccardo is a master of painfully gorgeous dresses! He works especially well with black velvet...I LOVE his aesthetic! I love the gothic romance of his designs, and not only the designs themselves, but the way he styles the outfits and I especially love the hairstyles he always gives his models, the long, wavy, center parted 70's babysitter hair! Get's me every time!
These are my favorite Tisci creations.
