The couple that flights together....well, they break up.
Amidst a series of very public fights - including at least one incident where drinks were thrown in the face - Meet The Barkers stars Travis Barker and his wife Shanna Moakler are going their seperate ways.
The former Blink 182 drummer filed for divorce today in Los Angeles.

Very sad. I mean, I heard rumors about it but I never thought it would happen. They seemed like such a great couple on TV-- really in love. I know the show was edited but it still appeared as though they never fought.

She's now got three kids too.....just a shame. Hope she gets a good bit of child support.

I really gave them good chances: he is ugly enough to be "grateful" for a beautieful wife and she is dumb&naive enough to admire every tatooed dork that plays in a band...

WHAT a suprise (can you sense the sarcasm.) I noticed on the show that he paid little or no attention to her daughter from a previous relationship even when the girl tried to hug him or call his name.

god I loved this show, this makes me sad, they seemed sooo in love and it always blew me away how travis acted opposite to how you'd assume he'd be like and seemed really devoted to shanna and like such a great father.

oh well, you can't believe s*hit on tv.

No they are perfect for eachother, so I thought! that really sucks it seemed they loved eachother very much in the show, so it seemed with Nick & Jess and Carmen & Dave. Well if there was another one of these reality couple shows on MTV just know it wont last lol. Maybe it is a curse :0

Drummer Travis Barker has filed for divorce from his wife and Meet the Barkers costar Shanna Moakler.

"I can confirm that Travis filed this morning," Barker's rep, Dvora Vener, tells PEOPLE.

Through her publicist, Moakler says, "My only concern right now is for the welfare and best interests of my children."

They were married in a Gothic, Nightmare Before Christmas-inspired ceremony on Halloween eve in 2004 and have two children: son Landon, 2, and daughter Alabama, 7 months. Moakler also has a daughter, Atiana, 7, with her ex-fiancé, boxer Oscar de la Hoya.
