I went to see Hanna because I adore Cate Blanchett (and I knew she'd be spectacular in the film, which she was), but the star of the film was certainly Saoirse. I was entirely mesmerized by her from start to finish; by her piercing beauty and gravitas. She commanded the screen in a way that I have not seen from a young actress in recent memory. These images capture her power in much the same manner. She is a young woman whose career I shall be following very closely and with great excitement.
