everyone should read the karl lagerfeld article by cathy horyn, its on line at nytimes.com.

its a little peak into KL's amazing life & his unending craetive gifts & view. and describes how chanel has surpassed LV under his watch as the most successful fashion company in the world. thats still great.

question: is it Zhang Ziyi or Ziyi Zhang??

Both are correct, technically - Zhang Ziyi is how her name would be said in chinese (with the family name in front of the personal name), and Ziyi Zhang is just a westernized version with the last name at the back

I like the muted tones of the cover, but Zhang Ziyi usually annoys me cos all she seems to do is be petulant

I LOVE the cover and the editorial featuring the French actresses. The rest of the magazine is a bit of a bore though.
