Why do you think humans are so cruel to each other?
Do you believe in God/s?If your answer is yes then why do you think it/they would let so many bad things happen in the world?
What's the difference between humans and animals?

Humans are cruel to each other because we have reached a point where we only think about whats good for us rather then whats good for society as a whole. A lot of people have lost a sense of duty to others and only think about "me, me, me" all the time. Thus they are willing to do anything, even be cruel to others, to get what they want.

Yes I believe in g-d. I think that you can't have one without the other- happiness without suffering. It gives meaning to life. If we didn't know what it was like to suffer then we wouldn't know what its like to be happy. And although their is so much bad in the world their is so much more which is good.

I think humans and animals only really big difference is that we are able to pass down information from generation to generation whereas animals are much more instinctive and don't have a "history" per say. But we have much in common, because pretty much all animals and humans have the capability to love, which is so important.

There are some but I belive that animals and people have the same characters but I agree that animals are more instinctive, but their life is much more easier.

Humanity is inherently evil, thus, people do bad things. People are cruel to each other for innumerable reasons, but one of the most widespread reasons is simple selfishness and lack of empathy.

Yes, I believe in God. Humanity is mostly responsible for the bad things in the world, but as far as why God allows bad things to happen, I honestly cannot answer that. I should be able to, but I can't.

Humans have souls and the ability to tell right from wrong.

Human nature is to survive and at every level that's how we function. It's deep rooted and most people probably don't even know they're doing it. It breeds competitiveness, selfishness and cruelty. It's normal, it's just that some people have better self control or it's more suppressed in some more than others. And you could argue that that is influenced with nature vs nurture.

Simple answer without going deeply into my views on religion. No.
