nope thats not it... those are just a pair Carrie liked in SATC... Manolo actually designed a shoe especially for her, they've been described as a stilletto with an ankle strap. I've been looking all about without any sucess in finding out what the shoe looks like, or where it could have been ordered from if it was not yet sold out completely
