Can we please add the photographer credit to the thread title?
The Liya image is from S/S 2013, so Lord knows why Interview Germany published it in their September issue (wouldn't be the first irrelevant thing they've done publication wise).
I guess there won't be any other models in this set; it's a joint styling effort by Paul Cavaco and Lori Goldstein as far as I can see.
