I don't think Mirte is very pretty, but she does have an aesthetic that's compelling.

Besides, if Karlie Kloss and Lindsey Wixson landed beauty campaigns, I don't see why people are surprised someone like Mirte can. She may not be conventionally pretty like Barbara Palvin, but she doesn't look very unconventional either. Lara Stone, who's no conventional beauty either, was considered acceptable for beauty campaigns. Ditto with Muse.

Bottomline: beauty campaigns stopped being about casting the most classically beautiful girl a long while ago.

the first photo is not good, bad decision to make it the final image...

however she looks great in the second photo, her big, strange-beautiful eyes are on lovely display

I dont agree with this comment if she wasnt beautiful she wouldnt be in a beauty campaign. I have to say though that her look doesnt work for this campaign it washes her out it would have worked better for someone with a stronger gaze and also with less neutral hair which is giving her a lifeless look

I don't think that is nice to say. She is beautiful just not SEXY enough for Tom Ford cosmetics ad. Its clear that Mirte Mass knows this because she looks like she is in pain trying to act sexy.

However, she is beautiful.

Everyone it's entitled to an opinion. In my opinion, Mirte it's def. far from being a beautiful person, and i would've never imagine her in a beauty campaign.
But, even though she looks like dying in the first picture, the shot actually it's not that bad. I like it.
I have to recognize she has something appealing to me in that shot. About the second one, i think it's not flattering at all, she looks like a Drag Queen. It's something with her features... probably her jawline.
