I hesitated to open this thread at work, before I remembered we don't live in that era anymore - gone are the days when Tom Ford would have used the need for diversity as an opportunity to depict an orgy that would literally match the theme of ombre leather.

This is still solid. At least the image is allowed to speak for itself, without some self-congratulatory for being woke, faux-social message shoehorned into a fragrance campaign.

It's boring, obviously. With a name like Ombre Leather, you would expect to see something sexy and full of life. These two robots look like mannequins in the window at your local country western store.

Was hoping for something drenched in sexual innuendo (and baby oil), but alas! To be fair to him, that's not his only vocabulary. There was the campaign with Erykah Badu which just featured a series of portraits.

This shot is just too unremarkable for him. Like Ralph Lauren trying to be edgy.
