She looks fried and unhappy. I don't claim i know a Tom Ford woman better than the man himself but this seems an incomprehensible miscast. Scientists everywhere are struggling to explain this.

Cannot spot those trademark lips, and I'm perfectly happy with that. Stella looks ok here. I'm more impressed with a make-up collection which actually corresponds with the season. Hopefully they'll have bronzer as well.

She looks like an overly tanned little girl.

THIS CASTINGS IS SO WRONG
i'm shocked to see her in a TF ad she's not the type of beauty we're used to see in his ads she's too weird looking. They should've put Luna Bijl instead of Stella. Luna B would've been perfect, she's got a natural sensual, fresh beauty.

I like her here. It looks like an after sex shot.

If Gemma Ward in the beginning of her career was a Tom Ford girl, Stella can be. I'm actually surprised to like her here..

Eh..it's alright, but I much prefer Daphne Groenveld's ad from last year. She's a much better fit for this to me

I think it looks fabulous. Stella is such an odd beauty and can photograph so wonderfully. I also love that Mikael Jansson is photographing for Tom...his natural, undone, sun kissed and sexy signature style is perfect for TF and I'm surprised he hasn't been utilized more for the brand.

I think casting choices like this feel so much fresher for the Tom Ford brand than a predictable commercial sex-bomb. It harkens back to his late 90's/early 00's Gucci days...unconventional girls like An Oost, Kristina Kruse, Omahyra Mota, Frankie Ryder, Natasa Vojnovic, etc.

Would love to see more advertising like this from Tom...stick with Mikael, PLEASE!!

I personally think Stella looks great. Definitely selling the bronze theme, which in reality she's practically a sheet.

Yeah...

I like Stella and I get that if you can bronze her, the product then works (lol), however, she looks as fabulously bronzed as those girls in uh, Dresden, that combine this odd coloring that has nothing to do with the sun with an equally fake black hair dye (.. and proceed to hang out outside Netto with their intoxicated neonazi of the week ).

Anyway, these Missoni ads with Gisele in 04 or 02 are everything when it comes to tanning inspiration.. she looked proud and gorgeous (in an odd way) and immediately sold that look. Now I need to look them up to forget this..

She looks like she's dying from sunstroke, in a very fashionable way but still. The video I like much more and I think Tom was right in casting her, it's just the concept that I don't like.

Stella is also in the Winter Campaign for the Soleil cosmetics collection:

..

Could you explain the Dresden-Neonazi reference? Is bronzed skin-fake black hair stereotypical of them? I just know the guys' version of skin head with lots of tattoos
