oh ok, she's beautiful. yes I know I disappeared but I was trying to ship all my important things to Italy and giving up my apartment here in nyc. I will be leaving next week for a job in Milano so I have had not had the time to visit my tfs family, but thank you I have missed you too!

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I thought I'd place it here. This kind of annoyed me, the caption labels this young model as "Naomi Cambell." Which might be a very impressive step up for her, if she actually looked anything like her. Which she doesn't, at all. Is there no other major visible African American face out there? Other than like Jasmine Warsame and Liya Kebede. Seriously, it's pretty pathetic that they see one face and there, that must be Naomi. Since there's really no one else out there, according to them...

There are two new African girls who are doing reasonably well this season: Hawa Diawara (from Mali) and Sonja Wanda (from Norway via Sudan)
Sonja is doing particularly well. Hawa just started in NYC.

I have seen some work by this model presently based in Switzerland. I remember she used to model in Kenya many years back. Impressive work. check some of her photos out. She is certainly one of Kenya's top models.

The model's name is Hyacinth Amutalla.She is certainly something to sing about.
