^ thanks a lot, yeah I did pick up on the kitchen deal... seems odd, there's always a point right at the bottom about the apartment being kitchen-less or having a shared kitchen (which is worse than having no kitchen me) or kitchen rent being separate... wonder how that works (we already picked one fortunately though!).
