Its a German magazine I believe, the first release had multiple covers of Luca Gadjus.

Yes, so far they only had german models (Luca, Claudia, Julia Stegner) and the mag appears four times a year. It's about beauty but unlike Allure not "How to get ...", mostly photo editorials and images of beauty products.
