Yay and Nay: Ugly Betty Fashion Report

--- Yay! ---

First Segment
* Wilhelmina's houndstooth dress and those peep-toe pumps (except the hot pink color).
* That Bentley Continental GT Betty was riding in with Matt!
* Amanda's "I 'heart' NY" top.
* Betty's whole outfit, excluding the coat. Her pale yellow cardigan was cute.
* Daniel's suit (my favorite male character on "Ugly Betty")
* Wilhelmina's dark gray sleeveless dress. Same goes for those earrings of hers.
* Hilda's feminine top.
* Matt's jacket.
* Daniel's second suit.
* Betty's coat and hot-pink tights. The bright tights offset the darker colors nicely.

Second Segment
* Hilda's necklace.
* Betty's lovely white/black/green top look.
* Wilhelmina's earrings and her steel blue dress.
* Eric's suit and tie.
* Wilhelmina's red dress and her earrings.
* Christina's whole outfit (after the chat between Betty and Daniel at the meeting)
* Daniel's navy blue coat.
* Betty's green mary jane pumps.

Third Segment
* Amanda's top/dress.

* Cal Hartley's whole outfit.

Next Thursday's Ugly Betty looks to be quite interesting.

UB has one of the best TV wardrobes I've seen.
Willie, Marc and Amanda take the cake of Best Dressed, imo.

I'm going to say something I know someone on tFS will agree with... I usually think Amanda has the hottest outfits. However, you don't really get enough of Amanda for her to show off her style. You don't get too much Amanda on "Ugly Betty," and like Amanda's character or not, she does have a great sense of fashion.

Wilhelmina or Amanda get my vote for "Best Dressed" from this past episode. I usually admire Hilda for her fashion, and I really loved that dress and those shoes. However, I disliked those earrings she wore. The easiest way to ruin a look can be with accessories. Can't really choose a "Worst Dressed" if I had to choose.

Me neither, but if I had to choose, it would probably be Cliff because of his sort of sloppy, tired look; but I think that's what makes him appealing to me (besides being Marc's beau). He's in this world of fashion as a photographer, and yet dresses the way he pleases even if it's not to par with Marc's fabulousness. Like he said about him and Marc's relationship, the contrast between both their looks makes it "a fairytale". Same with Betty. I love Betty!

Are you kidding me?
Whilhelmina's outfit with the orange jumpsuit/top, sequin hat, fish-net sleeves was the worst outfit I have ever seen on Ugly Betty. I was watching thinking 'this is a joke, right?' It was horrendous. Even worse than Betty.

On the other hand I am pleased that Mode will be back on it's feet in the next episode. After all the money drama.
I want to see some hardcore secrets, lies, fashion and mode magazine.

Well, I didn't give an OUTRIGHT loser. I, too, thought Wilhelmina's look with that sequin cap and such was pretty bad. But I didn't have an outright loser.

I stopped watching this show half-way through the season, I just lost interest. I'll have to catch up again when the DVD's come out. I really only like scenes with Amanda and Marc...

I wish Mark Indelicato's character Justin would have more lines in episodes. He's so funny.

Speaking of Justin Suarez on the show, I've recently begun to do some reading online about him and his character. Often times, Justin has me thinking at times. His character is a very good one even though I mostly like Daniel (as far as the male characters of "Ugly Betty" goes).

Where can I watch the full Episode 20? Ive watched everything up to 19, but cant find the last episode of season 3.

Oh wait I just watched it lol. Yeah that orange outfit on Wilhemena is stomach turning, what with the arm nets and the leggings and those Godawful hoop earrings and that disgusting hat!! She looks like......like...........Ghetto Booty!

When is the next episode?

That's the end of the season, unfortunately. I think Season 4 starts in Sepetember??? Im not frmo the US so Im not sure, check on ABC.com or something.

Lot of drama to this one and some nice comedy. This one was surely an intense and dramatic Ugly Betty.

* Betty's floral skirt, her sweater/jacket, and her shoes at Mode.
* Wilhelmina's skirt suit. Yummy!
* Christina's coat and scarf. Nice color combo there.

* Amanda's top and skirt combination (or is it a dress?). A real ballerina-like look. Even sweeter with that model-happy walk of hers. In the second segment, her strappy sandals are shon, which are also cute.
* Claire's blouse with the somewhat cowl neck-like plunging neckline.

* Betty's raspberry-color coat

3rd Segment
* Hilda's dress and earrings.

4th Segment
* Christina's pants and shoes.
* Claire's golden orange coat.

Whoa! What a bombshell in the Third Segment! This one had some fireworks, for sure! There weren't too many different outfits to choose best dressed. You know, I'll give Amanda the "Best Dressed" honor for her top and skirt combination with the strappy tall shoes. The outfit was girly and cute. Real model material. My "Worst Dressed" in this one is Marc. The worst was that purple/violet animal-print shirt.
