I'm actually wondering whether the rest are in fact newsstand covers! Only saw the Keira cover so far as well.

^Me too! Only seen the cover with Keira Knightley from #1 around where I am too, and it does look rather nice and festive on the shelves for this time of year.

My subscription copy arrived a few days ago and I was sent the cover with Keira from #32. The issue states nothing whatsoever about the other covers being selective to certain areas but it does say all of the covers are available via Hearst's website.
