I cannot hate the photo even if the narrative has been done to death by Bazaar UK.

Looks like it might have been shot in Scotland? Can anyone confirm that?

So refreshing! But for March, such an important month, this is a bit weak.

For me this is a stunning surprise! I'm a big Sam Rollinson fan, and I love the setting, styling and her beautiful smile here. Nice to see a Yorkie book such a big cover. But this looks more candid than hf fashion at all. Looking forward to the newsstand cover.

You're right, shot at Dunnottar Castle in the North-East of Scotland.

Newsstand cover is a similar shot of Sam wearing Alexander McQueen. Carine Roitfeld's story isn't anything to write home about but will post a full review shortly!

Wait, what? This for March? Looks like an outtake from one of the billions of the eds they have done, not into it, at all!

Love Sam and the location. The styling and smiling, not so much...

What a gorgeous cover.

I hate that tagline though, two out of the four are not icons and will never be..

Thanks for the reply! I knew the location looked familiar :heart::heart:

Great cover, always a pleasure to see Sam. And good for her for booking both the newsstand and subscribers covers! But I'm not sold on this pose/smile.

Exactly what I was thinking...

Reeks of a Carine casting. Carine loves Lineisy and Joan. I just hope there are more girls in that edit.

Beautiful and so happy for Sam! She is a great and underrated model in my opinion. But I can't stand seeing that Dior collection everywhere..
Review sounds good, Guinevere should have been in the tagline of the icons too tho.
Thank you vogue28!

Are there more covers? I mean those limited editions cover they usually do

Happy for Sam Rollinson for getting the cover, but neither she or Lineisy Montero are 'icons'. Nice to see a model rather than a celebrity, especially on a March issue. Will be interesting to see the editorials - thank you for the review, vogue28!

The location is STUNNING and I'm truly happy to see Sam! I just wish this picture would stay in the editorial and they'd choose another one. I always think of melancholy type of mood with this type of setting, maybe that would have been more fitting than a smile. Or maybe that's just me. I'm also excited to see Antonina, Guinevere and Giedre.

Gosh that dress she's wearing shocked me- it looks like someone is holding up her boobs! It's a great 'location' shot, Sam looks happy, if not especially fashionable.

Wonderful location! I would've had her running to match the energy of the setting. Meh.

Lines... icon our our era? Icon?

I'm so looking forward to "A New Perspective" as I'm always excited to see new printwork from Stella Lucia. But with 11 models and 17 pages and names much bigger than hers I'm not expecting her to appear more than once or maybe twice. Can you confirm that, vogue28?
Also I'm curious how Bibi Cornejo Borthwick's style of photography matches with Harper's Bazaar UK which I always associate with a clearly romantic style of photography.

This cover is absolutely gorgeous. Yes, we've seen this theme done a million times in English magazines, but that doesn't take away from the freshness and beauty of this cover show.

I'm honestly also not at all familiar with Sam Rollinson, but I'm gonna check her out now.
