So its just a reprint of Australian edition.

Honestly didn’t even realize until this thread, but fashion dropped Miranda Kerr huh?

Hard to say if fashion dropped Miranda or she dropped them? She's said previously that basically she's semi retired from modelling now and focusses solely on Kora and this cover is to celebrate Kora launching in UK stores. She took zero modelling assignments in 2018, but does occasional editorial shoots mostly to promote her brand. Her last runway show was Moschino Resort 2 years ago, and last HF campaigns were Givenchy SS2016 and the LV Horizon watch video campaign.

Well in that case it’s respectful. She’s obviously a hustler (I mean that in that best way), and I’m glad to hear she’s doing the same with her brand. I loved her Vogue Italia moment and how fashion embraced her and VS.

Oh, trust. That can be interpreted in more ways than one.

I can tolerate the cover image, it's generic but it works for her and this magazine, I suppose.
I've never quite warmed to her HF presence. It was never convincing enough for me, and I knew she'd eventually tap out. Suppose there one must applaud her not for forcing a vibe that isn't really her.

without overanalysing, I quite like this image... a quintessential Marie Claire cover... I really think it was the strongest when it had models on its covers... sort of more relaxed and laid back fashion/lifestyle offering...

Miranda's a woman who knows there are bigger contracts to land than what's offered by the fashion world, where you have to get lots of people to say "yes" to you, as opposed to just one...

For me, reprint or not, this is one of UK MC's better covers, because it's a recognisable name looking effortlessly good.

Plus, it comes with free Body Shop hand creams and Sainsburys has a magazine deal where you can buy two selected titles for £6 (as opposed to £4+ for one magazine).

So true! That sums up her career trajectory pretty well. Why go to Paris and do a HF campaign for pennies, when you could go to Japan and get six figures for a laundry detergent commercial? At the end of day, there might be models with more HF campaigns than Miranda, but few have made as much.
