I don't think so...the cover outfit is Resort 2016, which was shown long after January 2015. Is this fanmade, or could this very well be a reprint from Marie Claire US September 2015? Either way it's quite unfortunate.

It's a reprint from the American edition - September 15. American fashion magazines are the worst when it comes to skipping seasons. And yet on the other side this edition of Marie Claire can be so terribly out of touch with trends. Both the two fashion features has been done to death by other magazines last winter.
