From the gatefold LV ad through to Gucci cruise and 8 pgs of the new Gucci perfume - and a tasteful Tom Ford ad - I enjoyed seeing some new images after September's overdose of ads.
The book section looks at current autobiographies, such as Alek Wek's, where she recalls being a starving African teenager who got told she was "too fat" by a photographer, and Marie Helvin's, which UK Vogue is lukewarm about, even though its been received well elsewhere. In fact, there are plenty of interesting little articles in this issue, from Venetia Scott's interior decor to Lord Snowdon's career.
As for the edits, alll the models really suit each story they're in, although the knitwear one looks like it was taken from one of those cashmere mail-order catalogues you always get as junk brochures inside the magazine.
But overall, it's a nice issue; it's all about enjoying autumn.
