Hi. I was just wondering about the quality of their jewelry? I dont live near a store so I have no way to check it out but I saw the angel wings necklace on their site & really like it. The thing is its $18.00 & Id hate to spend that much & then find out its cheap tin like some of the necklaces that Claires & places like that sell for like $5.00.
Thanks. :flower:

I think you can pretty much throw it the Claire's category, all of it's mass produced garbage. It might last you a little longer, though. I mean $18 is cheap... If Claire's has something like it, you'd probably be better off, pay less for the same quality. If you want something that's going to last, check out some indie designers.

^ Ouch saying it's garbage is a bit harsh. When you don't have a lot of money Urban Outfitters stuff can be a real splurge. I feel guilty splashing on UO jewelry because it's a bit more expensive than the usual stuff I buy. I really like some of their pieces, and it's actually very very good quality.

their jewelry isn't as cute as Claire's, IMO, and overpriced... I do like that XL tribal cuff they have now...

I really like the second necklace you posted Kimkhuu :flower:
Do you happen to know if it is available at UO in Montreal?

I find that their jewellery is quite up to date with the trends...not a bad price too for the quality.

I wouldn't say the quality is bad.... it's just too much money.

IMO, its cuter than Claire's and though its higher priced its a little more original design

I like the earrings mostly, I dont do those necklaces...
I have never purchased anything from there though.

I might check it out if I pass by there tomorrow. Which I technically should because I am going shopping tomorrow. :flower:

There is an Urban Outfitters close to me and to be honest the quality of their clothing/jewelry is no different than Forever 21 which you can get for much cheaper.

It's all quite cute I think, but once I was going to buy a skirt there, and when I touched it, it was so dry and felt very cheap and it was $68! There was a similar skirt, same chalky quality at Forever 21 for abut $24.

If you ever decide to buy shoes from them, don't, unless you plan on returning them a couple times to get a perfect fit. For some reason their shoe sizes just run so weird at UO.

Hope that helps!

This is a coincidence because me and my friend were talking on the phone yesterday about how cute urban outiftters jewellery is, but then she told me she had a necklace that broke before she'd even worn it, and I also had a necklace that broke after a few weeks. The designs are great but the quality is crap, IMO. Shame.

I  Urban Outfitter jewelry.

As some have mentioned before, they are always current and they have some really interesting pieces.

As for quality, I think they are much better made compared to that other place - forever 21.
(I assume- never shopped @ F-21) which I would compare to ....say H&M.

Hey if you are paying 5.99 for jewelry- well, it is what it is- cheap  and not something you hold onto like a heirloom.

I LOVE THEIR JEWELERY!!!!
Of course you arent going to get "quality" pieces for $18.00 but I like it. I dont think its cheap looking at all.

I frequently like their earrings..

I scour the sales because I am not gonna pay more than 10$ for urbn's jewelry..

these are on sale for $9.99

Urban Outfitters has some cute stuff. I've never purchased jewellery from there but from what I have looked at and touched (the jewellery that is) its seems pretty nice.
