She isn't a Miss World, she is a Miss Universe and a very ugly one at that. She beat Brazilian favourite Natalia Guimaraes only because there were three Japanese as members of the juri.
Natalia is now a model for Trump Management and she is starting a career as an actress in her native Brazil, so she is not sorry at all for not having won the competition.
