Very Vogue Paris x Carine. I like that they're trying something new. It's daring. I like it.

She looks stunning even though I don't like what she's wearing. This hat is unnecessary. I like the red lips, it makes a contrast with the sobriety of the cover.
The "Bella Hadid" text is kind of misplaced to me. Overall it's a simple yet good cover.
Can't wait to see the rest.

A simpler art direction wouldve done wonders for this image, she looks stunning regardless. This is a pretty big deal because Elle doesn't really do a lot of model covers. Good for her, she deserves it.

Her body looks so weird there, like they tried to stretch her torso around the waist area. The cut of that unitard is too high also... its just not working, even thought the makeup and hair is great.

It's an ok cover, but something looks way off. Her proportions are bad, and I agree that the hat is totally unnecessary. I like that they're trying something new, or...um "daring" (I can't believe this is daring today)...but a cover with her name in such huge letters? I don't know, I'm not convinced.

Certainly don't mind the sight of Bella Hadid on American Elle, since she has nailed just about every other magazine cover she's been on. Bella looks fantastic, loving the styling here, which is very French femme fatale.

Seriously though, where's her other arm??

I love it. The layout could have been cleaner and her arm looks weird due to the angle but it´s still a great cover imo

It kills me that she got such a big cover already but at least it looks great. I agree that the art direction feels very VP during the end of Roitfeld era.

The editorial however is very weak. She better take some modelling lessons if she's going to be everywhere because I don't want another case of Kendall (dead-eyes + bland poses) overdose.

Is the editorial an homage to other pics? cause the one behind the window reminds me of one with Seymour or Turlington (can´t remember) and the one with the tux makes me think of Laetitia Casta...

I think it is a homage, it definitely seems to be referencing previous images of the supermodels.

She's beautiful, stunning really, the shape of her lips is to die for.

I disagree with this 100%. To me she far better than her Kendall (like miles away) and a lot more striking than her sister. (although I think gigi is far from weak when it comes to print work)

I'm just impressed at how much these magazines can make her look somewhat like a model.
