I still like it. It's the kind of androginity that Meisel used to deliver thirty years ago. Of course, George Cortina is on board. The only guy that makes me like GQ twice by year.

Pains me to say this because I usually can't stand George Cortina's styling, but this is actually good. The rich colours and boho prints, and that pose...it's a proper magazine cover. I'm glad he kept it simple and didn't go crazy with the jewellery and hair. You don't need to look like Johnny Depp to nail the boho look.

I totally agree with you. The only thing he nailed was making us believe that there's more to life than just the same old boring suits. I still remember flipping through GQ, with its hefty pages filled with award winning articles and fashion editorials. I miss those days.
