Pharrell is an awful person (ask Kelis), with an outsized ego, tinged with desperation. He's the perfect choice for an issue dedicated to hype.

Kelis is a personal favourite if only for standing up to the toxic Beyonce fans.
As for Pharrell, he showed his true character when he turned on MIA when she had that strange feud with Lynn Hirschberg. MIA is at any given stage off her rocker but you never expect your own friends to backstab you like that, do you?
