It is indeed Tom Ford. About the cover, looks good so far, but Their subscribers covers are always decent, so what I really what to see is the newsstand cover. I hope it is not a mess (e.g. faboulous at every age bombarded with annoying text). On the other hand, this doesn't look like Terry R at all, good for them to experiment with someone else. A note to the mods: please add the US to the title, forgot to write it down when starting the thread.

Rihanna is one of the few celebrities who always transforms and looks great for fashion editorials and I find her to be very pretty and photogenic so I'm not opposed to the idea of seeing her on covers (I definitely prefer seeing her in magazines over having to hear her songs). If this is really the cover for the US edition then it might be one of their best covers in a while, it looks very untypical for them.

I like it. And in and of themselves, the boots aren't that bad, but they do make the lower half of her legs look disproportionately huge, imo.

You might be surprised at how often they simply aren't allowed to, especially with brands like Tom Ford. Sometimes having a stylist is entirely irrelevant - you can either shoot the brand's head to toe look, or not at all. It's a really negative thing that's arrived in the past few years and essentially what started these head-to-toe collections editorials we see so often.

I get so bored seeing a runway look rehashed in countless publications, simply because the brand isn't willing to allow stylists to do their job.
