She really has aged well. You can tell she's had work done; but whatever it is, it's very minimal and was done by a very good doctor.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that not having children probably helped her keep her youthful appearance. And she probably did not drink very much. I wonder if she quit smoking? Also, I wonder if she suntanned. Anita Pallenberg's skin shows obvious signs of sun damage, but Uschi's definitely doesn't.
Uschi needs to let us know her secrets!

I just recently watched the Making Of of Das Wilde Leben and there's a part where you see Uschi on the set of the film and she's smoking a cigarette.
That must have been filmed about 2 years ago, but I don't think she's quit smoking since, honestly.
Well, i'm very glad to read that 8 Miles High has finally been released for all the people in the US! That's so cool. It's a great movie (originally I had wanted to watch it at a theatre, but didn't find the time, so I eventually bought the DVD this spring.)
However, no matter how good the cover of the US DVD looks, the cover of the German DVD looks better in my opinion!
(That hair is So cool!
)Btw, what I find rather weird is that on amazon they mention Georg Friedrich and Matthias Schweighofer on top of the page, but not the main act, Natalia Avelon.

Somehow, though, I don't like her so much in these pics. Hmmm....
In the first three where she's still wearing that shirt thing: It looks as If she's wearing some kind of wig, cause the combed-back hair on top of the head seems to be a different colour than the long hair.
I mean, I don't think it actually is a wig, but it just looks like it.
Not so nice, in my opinion.

I love the film. Bought it in amazon. But was disapointed that there was no music video of Summer Wine. Here's a site dedicated to Natalia the actress who played Uschi
