Can anyone identify the opening music (first 14-15 seconds of the clip)? If has a hip hop feel to it but I want to know if it's taken from a song?

I dont know if you are talking about the very first part of the clip, in which case it sounds an awful lot like a modern cover of 'tainted love'- that is the riff of the song or at least it sounds a lot like it. so i'm guessing its a play on that.
I recognize the opening to the video from hearing it as a clip in 'Not Another Teen Movie' - but sorry, I do not know the artist or song title. B)
