This woman is absolutely gorgeous! I'm a 90's kid and back then models were perfect creatures (Christy Turlington) that walked among mere mortals. Someone posted awhile back that those who consider her "bland" or "boring" might suffer from the high school syndrome. I agree. Criticizing or disliking the pretty girls that all the guys desired are classic symptoms. As a result, some women gravitate to those who's beauty is attainable (Julia Roberts or Daria). I'm not stating that everyone here is like that but I'm sure there are a few. This post is not meant to offend anyone. Anyway, I would definitely notice this woman walking down the street because she is one of those rare truly beautiful creatures that demands attention.
