I love all these butterfly-print bags,but Terry's arm is really annoying:doh:
 
Seeing Valentino associated with Richardson makes me want to cry :cry:
 
Ugh I was hoping they wouldn't do this again, but of course they did. The accessories are beautiful, and Terry's arm of poorly done tattoos ruins it. No wonder why his wrist is covered with a scarf in every shot. I know they probably wanted to go for a unique concept, but this concept just doesn't fit well at all for the Valentino brand which has always been associated with class and sophistication. This type of concept would be more appropriate for Gucci or Versace, even Louis Vuitton perhaps.
 
they could of paid me half the price they did him to achieve the same bull**** with my iPhone.
 
I have to admit, I think the concept of this campaign is really good. I really like it.

Its very striking in print and especially with this version, the tattoos really contrast with the butterflies...would actually like one very large in my hallway....


HOWEVER I just cant condone anyone working with and PAYING Terry Richardson to do anything. Creep.
 
Kite I feel the same way. The concept is good, and here the prints and the tattoos make the image very interesting. But they've already used this concept, so they should change. Plus I agree with versaceVixen009, this is not for Valentino, this has nothing to do with the brand.

And of course, I think this guy should drop his camera and think about his behaviour. Well here we are sure no model got hurt ^^ but that's not the thread to complain about him :)
 
as much as I dislike Terry I think the Garavani ads are always good, his tattoed arm adds some coolness and edge to the campaigns.

The concept behind the campaign worked for the first season but now I'm bored. C'mon, move on to something different!

Although the idea must be shifting product if they've repeated it for another season.
