I imagine a mix of something very baroque, think plush black velvet, tone-on-tone brocade, dark plum silks.....mixed with the dark rock and roll romance of the Vampire Lestat in Queen of the Damned. It's really a mix of elegance and sensuality, something very refined with something more primal and erotic, but above all it must not be period inspired.

On the money! (And beautiful pix, esp. the first 'Lestat' one.)

For some reason I'm really drawn to that Gucci collection when I imagine a vampire....maybe because it really did remind me of Lestat, I mean the hair, the makeup and the clothes themselves, it just had that perfect blend of something very dark and romantic with a hint of elegance and a dash of sex all wrapped up in a slightly dishevled little package. It's a cliche I know, what with the gothic crosses and color palette of black or almost black, but it really does capture the look of Lestat in my mind.
