Besides the famed Alhambra collection, I just love the designs, intricate details and workmanship of Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry. The high jewelry, most especially, are breathtaking!

Are there other VCA lovers out there? Come on and share the discussion!

Here are some pictures from a recent cocktail party I attended. It was nice to see many of the pieces that are normally not on display at the boutiques ... and to try them on!

The window necklace on the left was one of my favorite pieces displayed at the event. The window can be opened and closed and the "view" is interchangeable. Basically, VCA can create whatever "view" you desire. As for the pendant on the right, I just call it the "cage."

Another favorite piece is this necklace (a unique piece) composed of fancy colored diamonds in an art deco design.

As much as I love my Lotus pendant, I have been dreaming about the Cosmos necklace!!!!!

How does the snake chain feel? I think you had some of your necklaces lengthened, is this possible at all with the Lotus?

Thanks LaVan! Unfortunately the snake chain cannot be adjusted. I do have some problems with the snake chain, my short hair keeps getting caught in it :X
