The red Vanity Fair masthead allows the issue to standout amongst its competitors down at the newsstand but fails to complement the cover photograph overall, IMO. Gold (or even silver) would've made this feel much more celebratory and festive. Ugh... I am perhaps letting the red ruin the cover for me, way more than I probably should.
Nevertheless, I do love whenever Margot Robbie covers a magazine and all feels right in the world whenever she does. There really isn't one element of this shoot that I dislike - Mario Sorrenti and Anastasia Barbieri undoubtedly did Margot justice!
