Nice composition of colors, but both Harrison and Shia look awkward in their poses.

the woman in the first pic is Karen Allen, who plays Marion Ravenwood, Indy’s spunky girlfriend from the first film. and yup, it's Cate Blanchett in the second pic. she plays Agent Spalko.
