I will never forgive Vogue for praising VB and putting her on a pedestal that she clearly does not live up to. It is simple, she makes clothes with very little design apparatus every season. We know, slouchy suiting is your thing, how many times must we see it? A few good looks here and there, but nonetheless this idea that she is somehow transforming women’s fashion is ludicrous and grossly incorrect. She represents the ideal “elevated” celebrity designer who has convinced everyone she has something to say. Please.
