^ yea, what's with the models..can someone explian this to me? face transplants or something...
anyways, i rather like it...i like the guns and the grenades, i wouldn't buy one though, i had a jacket with a stencilled gun on the back, so i'm over it...
^It was discussed on the last page. V&R model their own clothes, which I think is really cool. I really like this collection. V&R don't exactly evolve much, but they make great stuff, so I'm very happy for what they do. I always like slow/subtle progressions anyway.
As said, it's just Viktor and Rolf. If you notice, they don't change shoes or trousers for every look, so if it's a short runway, one walks while the other gets changed.
I don't think I'd be able to pull off some of the pieces, but the collection as a whole is really interesting. I like clothes with a bit of an intellectual/conceptual component (eg Helmut Lang).
Not bad, safe but right. Some of their jackets and coats are really nice in person. Having said that, some of the jackets here looks abit like Raf - the proportions and all but anyway who cares.
nice enough... i just read the style.com review and the concept was great, but the execution not so much... i was expecting to find something more playful and quirky..
