Vincent Longo was born to Italian parents in Swan Hill, located on the fringes of the majestic Australian outback. Growing up surrounded by dramatic scenery and inspirational nature, Vincent developed an early eye for color.

During his late teens, Vincent's family left Australia, returning to the Italian Riviera. Vincent immediately enrolled at the prestigious Makeup Studio of Milano, where upon graduation he worked with Italy's leading designers including Gianni Versace, Giorgio Armani, Dolce and Gabbana and Gianfranco Ferre. Recognized for his creativity and inventiveness with editorial and runway makeup, Vincent's reputation spread to New York where his skills became quickly in demand.

This was the beginning of the glamorous and iconic Supermodel era. During this period, Vincent created famous "face designs" for legendary models including Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Stephanie Seymour, Claudia Schiffer, Heidi Klum, Patricia Velasquez and Elle McPherson. He landed high profile magazine covers and fashion stories at ELLE, Italian Vogue, British Vogue, American Vogue, Glamour, W and Vanity Fair, among others. During this time, Vincent was also the Contributing Beauty Editor at Elle Magazine and worked as the spokesperson, master makeup artist and product consultant for, respectively, Revlon, Estee Lauder and Elizabeth Arden.

In 1994, frustrated at the lack of rich, vibrant color available on the cosmetics market, Vincent began mixing and blending his own unique color hues in the kitchen of his Manhattan apartment. Vincent Longo Cosmetics was officially born. Virtually overnight, Vincent's celebrity friends, clients and fashion insiders gravitated toward this bold new use of cutting-edge color. Using breakthrough technology (unrivaled to this day), Vincent expanded the initial collection, developing patented products like Vincent Longo Water Canvas Foundation - a product so unique that it inspired a whole new category and industry standard.

By translating his "red carpet" and "runway ready" makeup designs to real life, Vincent developed a cult following.

Vincent continues to work with beauty icons, Royals and celebrities including: Senator Hillary Clinton, Sharon Stone, Sigourney Weaver, Gwyneth Paltrow, Claire Danes, Courtney Cox, Michelle Williams, Sarah Jessica Parker, Mena Suvari, Molly Sims, Paris Hilton, Christina Ricci, Sissy Spacek, Jennifer Lopez, Jewel, Celine Dion, Candice Bergen, Bernadette Peters, Catherine Deneuve, Elizabeth Hurley, Monica Bellucci, Paulina Rubio and Lisa Marie Presley, among others.

In 2001 Vincent shared his red carpet beauty commentary on CNN's live coverage of the Academy Awards.

Vincent was invited to judge the Miss USA 2003 pageant held in San Antonio, Texas. In 2004, he was also invited to judge the First Annual Crest White Strips Style Awards - hosted by Sharon Stone to honor those who make Hollywood beautiful. In 2007, Crest White Strips reappointed Vincent as the celebrity media spokesperson for their new Daily Multicare product.

In addition to being the CEO and Creative Director of Vincent Longo Cosmetics, Vincent continues to collaborate with leading fashion magazines, creates makeup designs for the New York runway shows, shoots all of his company's beauty imagery and provides ongoing beauty commentary for shows including Live with Regis and Kelly, Good Morning America and The Early Show.
