Is there any way to locate this famous Janice Dickinson shoot?

There are a few members here who state Vogue Italia August 1982, but on some sites the date is stated as Vogue Paris 1984 (date unknown).
Based on the bottom left, the months of February and May appear to be calendar shoots

Vogue Italia January 2012, what a gorgeous issue

A book I was reading claimed that there was an interview with Ralph Lauren in some issue of some edition of Vogue (likely US Vogue or UK Vogue).
The only information I have about this interview is that it was from an issue published no later than 2004, and included Ralph Lauren saying, 'I don't want to be in fashion – I want to be a fashion.'
Could someone please tell me which issue of Vogue had this interview? I've tried Googling this quote to no avail.

2) An interview with Helmut Lang by John Seabrook for The New Yorker from 2000.

You can get the Interview issue on ebay. The New Yorker has an online archive, but you have to subscribe. Maybe someone here already does and can help you.
