Vintage Label ID Site?

My friend was telling me about this cool site she had seen last summer that allows you to input a design label like "Chloe" and it immediately gives you all the varying labels of Chloe and who was the designer at that time and what time period it was....anybody know this site???
We trying to find it to research a couple of pieces and can't come up with it

my friend used it when she was living in London and working for Zandra Rhodes last summer and now she was telling me about it and can't remember the name.
She is not the most computer saavy so I was hoping someone else might know it cause it does sound great

Hi, I'm Lizzie, and I'm the administrator of the VFG Label Resource. As far as I know, this is the only resource of its type on the web.

Because the Vintage Fashion Guild is a group for vintage sellers, our resource contains labels mainly from vintage clothing. And most of what we have is more than 20 or so years old. We also have modern labels, especially from companies that are older, like Betsey Johnson, for example.
