Always thought this was Peter‘s although knew it was by Mikael LMFAO

Mikael was absolutely in top form back in the day, he was rightfully on the level of Peter-- and that's highest praise to both talents. Everyone was in exceptional peak form then: Photographers, models, stylists, CDs/ADs. Untouchable campaign.

Coveting for a volume from Phaidon of Donna Karan’s impeccable run of campaigns for nearly 2 decades. God, they were sublime. The cinematic aura is just a masterclass of inspiration: Doctor Zhivago, The English Patient, Lawrence of Arabia, and Amber looking like Veruschka by Avedon in The Great Fur Caravan.

And Jeremy Irons never looked as achingly gorgeous as he does here… This was that same year that he was in that hideous Dungeons & Dragons slop— where he was trolling and got away with it, but also looked horrible. Proof that no matter how physically beautiful someone may be, if the talent isn’t there to capture that beauty in its best essence, then it’s a waste. Looking at all these September issues tackling out, proof again that the talent to capture beauty just isn’t there anymore.
