Vintage tennis shorts?

Hey!
I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find vintage looking tennis shorts like these? I've ebayed and thrift stored and vintage shopped but I can't find any with the size I need. Anyone know where I can get my hot little hands on such a pair?

They are Lacoste...so you could probably check with them and see if they carry them or maybe special order them.
