After issues exploring the senses of touch, smell, taste and sound, Visionaire presents issue 54, Sport--its very first wearable publication. Using the most advanced printing technologies, Visionaire has produced full-coverage, full-color, photographically-printed Lacoste polo shirts featuring artwork by some of the world's leading artists and photographers.
Sport is presented in four different sets, each containing three printed Lacoste polo shirts embedded within its pages--one small, one medium and one large--as well as a book featuring all 12 images.

This issue is produced in collaboration with Lacoste, currently celebrating its seventy-fifth anniversary. Each set sold separately.

To be released in June 2008

Lacoste Polos: Linda Evangelista, Angela Lindvall and Coco Roca

That little crocodile on Lacoste polos will have some chic faces for company. Blown-up photos of supermodels Linda Evangelista, Angela Lindvall and Coco Roca are among the images printed on a series of limited-edition Lacoste polos.
The iconic shirts are packaged in Visionaire 54, the latest edition of the high-concept magazine that is in the format of a white briefcase. Each case holds three different polos in a small, medium and large and each shirt bears the work of a different artist or photographer. Featuring more than just supermodels, there are 12 different designs, showcasing work by fashion photographers and artists, including one by filmmaker Pedro Almodovar, and an illustration by Karl Lagerfeld. There are only 4,000 numbered copies of each set, retailing for $250 (U.S.) and available exclusively at visionaireworld.com

PETER LINDBERGH / LARGE
Fashion Photographer Peter Lindbergh references his classic Fall/Winter 1988 campaign for Comme des Garçons. The shirt presents early portraits of supermodels Linda Evangelista and Kirsten Owen, both rendered in Lindbergh’s signature cinematic black-and-white aesthetic.
