Does anyone know about or have vitilago? It's where you get white spots on your body. I have a couple of spots and wanted to see if anyone had any info on it. I've read it could be linked to some diseases

i would do a google search on and maybe try dermadoctor.com...a doctor could tell you if its the beginning signs of vitiligo...good luck...wish you the best..

are you sure what you have is vitiligo, and not tinea versicolor?

I THINK it's vitilago. My mom and brother have it. I don't know if they've ever gotten it checked out, but my mom said it was vitilago. I need to go to the doctor to get it checked and take tests on it to see if there is anything else wrong with me disease wise. I've never heard of tinea versicolor. I check around the internet to see what that's about. I just wanted to see if anyone else has vitilago and how they deal with it.

no, it's definitely vitilago, not tinea versicolor.
