It's just not the cover shot, it doesn't work. Weirdly cropped photo that looks bad against the masthead, and is saved only by the smart decision not to include tons of text!

That said, its still not an offensive cover, it just looks, to me, like a spread opener worthy photo, there must have been better images of her from the shoot.

Also, it's a beautiful cover and season appropriate. Gives off a winter to spring transition vibe without being too literal.

^it´s Australia so it´s summer to fall transition. But I agree on the transition being subtle, the top is heavy and the wind is blowing...

A beautiful girl done with no justice. Her facial expression seems off. It's like she was avoiding that hair on her face. I also dislike the detach between the cover and the Ed preview

Hair and make up don't work with the dress. Her hair is soft and summery but the dress is too harsh to complement that. Ugly rings.
