Vogue Brazil October 2013 : Adriana Lima by Giampaolo Sgura

I don't know, it seems that they want to have Adriana recreating the Irina Shayk vibe. Has she lost her modeling skills? These photos are nothing high fashion nor Vogue worthy. It's very sexy but not fashionable. The two models in the editorial "Pole position" however, yes! They are models, fashion models I should say.

What a great surprise to see Ana Beatriz Barros again, love her.

Looks like Anmari Botha and maybe Carolina Sjöstrand?

The B&W shots in Adriana's ed are giving me baby Adriana and Ellen VU vibes and I love it.

:shock::blink: Are you trying to compare Adriana to Irina? Irina is nothing but a cut price Adriana lol, you hire Irina when you can't afford Adriana. She wishes she had the sort career/ability Adriana has.

I don't think Adriana has ever been particularly 'high fashion', she's always sort of leaned towards this overly sexy/pin-up type of modelling and it works well for her, it's her niche. Not many models can touch her in this department.

I think the ed works well, I like the first shot (her legs look like they go on for miles!) and the second to last shot, nice little bra slip, subtle(!)

I like Ana's ed too, a very underrated model in my opinion.

I did not feel like I was looking at real people while looking at the images from this issue. The heavy retouching here is just completely insane. I've been following Ana BB's career for almost 15 years and I did not even recognize her in that editorial! Ridiculous.
I also did not enjoy Adriana's editorial, the styling and the posing is really bad, but photoshop is definitely what ultimately ruins it here, too. Julia Frauche's editorial is ok, but this is a very lackluster issue.
