oh, no. all cover is Mario Sorrenti work for VOGUE China. one week can shooting 6-8 covers

^Plain backgrounds are very common in Chinese magazines (All the magazines my parents receive from overseas have never changed their plain backgrounds of the cover for years and years). The general Asian aesthetic is simplicity and minimalism, and thus this kind of cover would be appealing - you've seen the Vogue Nippon covers as well, no? They only need to attract the Chinese audience with this, after all!

I think it looks ok. The cover is the worst part, but other than thar the issue looks very beautiful
