Vogue China October 2018 : Chris Lee by Petra Collins | the Fashion Spot

Vogue China October 2018 : Chris Lee by Petra Collins

I like the picture, I think is great. I don't like that dress, it looks made out of drapes.

I don't like that she signs like a painter. This is a work for a particular client that has specific needs and she is working with a team, it is not just her self-expression. It looks too self-regardingly solipsistic. Just saying...

It is easier to raise the devil than to lay him.

Jesus Christ! This is just a COMPLETELY disaster.
Lee is never the right choice for a fashion magazine, especially vogue.

I thought the cover is nice. The bonus posters are unnecessary though.

I know it's intentional, but I don't like this hazy effect which Petra Collins seem so find of. The first shot had some potential, but it just looks drab instead of moody. The setting looks way more interesting than anything else.

Once again, a Gucci spokesperson wearing Gucci shot by a Gucci muse/photographer. Groundbreaking!
Isn't Li Yuchun currently on tour? Her fans will love this, especially considering the posters.

Lee is never the right choice for a fashion magazine, especially vogue.

Why? Is she not liked in fashion circles? I had the impression that she is an IT girl and I personally love everything she wears, she's got quite a unique androgynous style and can pull off almost anything.

No idea why his gets so much hate, I think it looks beautiful and less in-your-face-glamour than the rest of the covers. This is nice and it works.

I rather like the first and third pictures, although I'm not sure why the hazy smoke look was thought to be a good idea. I think the setting sets the mood plenty on its own. The smoke is more an annoyance, rather than anything.

That second cover is hideous.

Is Petra Collins over yet??? lol

The editorial looks so much better than the cover, the model looks amazing with the all back look.
And I wondering why Vogue China have so little asian stylist or photographer etc. ?
