I like it and I hope she did. People always complain about how "photoshopped" she always is. Well, you all wanted the real Kate Moss, here she is. Enjoy. On a more serious note, I really do like it. It is a picture of a beautiful woman who has undoubtedly gotten older. The eyes are still there, the cheekbones, the nose, but she's not the 18 year old in the Calvin Klein ads anymore and that's ok.
I bought Vogue UK September, and unfortunately I will also buy the American edition, the Italian one (for Grace coddington whom I have always loved madly) and also Vogue France (I buy everything where Kate Moss is, I can't do without her) even if I will find myself with the same editorials of dubious quality !!
Sloppy, indeed. However I am very glad to see that there is more to Kate's photoshoot with Carlijn than the shots published in British Vogue as I really enjoyed them. Can't really skip buying a Kate Moss cover, so I'm currently looking at the purchase of three nearly identical magazines simply out of support for the covers... the lengths I'll go to... unbelievable.
Older Kate would be wonderful. But this clueless retouched mess isn’t it. The post-production is an amateur mess that would immediately get a fail in any photography course— from the overexposure on her face to the amateur, digital moon of the background that leaves the awful telltale masking outline on her profile LOL What student intern worked on this select needs to be replaced.
I think this is one of Carlijns weakest covers to date. She usually kills it but this one not so much. Weird lighting and retouching. I see a little bit of Elizavetas work in this and not in a good way.
