Nymphaea, thanks for posting, babe! ;)

Was looking forward to some Patti Wilson x Summerton, but this should suffice I suppose. There's a nice balance between light and dark here. Vogue Germany gets by on solid styling, and it's very evident with these three stories. Saskia's edit is the ideal accompaniment to Balenciaga's AW collection. It does a stellar job of lifting Demna's hard and cold urbanite with some quirky movements. Love it when the studio guys step outside their comfort zone. Boo George's story feels unnecessary for me. It's way too long and repetitive. Once again I'm much impressed with Sgura's work. He's leaning far too much towards the bombshell/VS type of girls which is a bit annoying, but at least they deliver for him. But it's Josephine who takes centre stage here, it's the conceptual styling.

Only got my issue yesterday, and I'm not sure why because it's not as if Germany is really not that far! Anyway, there's a lovely image of Saskia in the index page. I imagine Arp may have been torn between that one and the actual cover.
