Vogue Greece October 2021 : Carmen Kass by Thanassis Krikis

Happy to see her back on print, the first cover is nice & the second is bland.

Boring editorial, they could have done much much more with Carmen: when you get a supermodel like her and end with something like this THAT'S WHEN you know the team didn't pull it off.

I dont mind the editorial for fall, its a little static but also calming

it’s a very beautiful editorial and it fits the autumnal season perfectly.

I think that the editorial is quite meh but major bonus points for keeping her skin texture.

There was a hint of a interesting storyline in the cover shot, but it ended up looking like an editorial from Marie Claire.

But we're lucky to even see a theme, rather than yet another bland studio shoot.

Sometimes photographers seem to be scared of the model in front of them. To make the menace more manageable, you tone her down, keep her potential in check, you make it all about the atmosphere, the context, the mood. Guinevere's career is plagued with mediocre editorials for this reason. Fall-themed Carmen is haunted by that same fate here. It reminds me more of her work for Mango than for Vogue.

Waste of the gorgeous Andie Macdowell. Sub-par photos by Schwartz. She looks concerned and worried in every image. Shame. Can we try this again in another edition with another photographer please.
